James & Meng own and operate Lil' Angels Photography/Puget Sound School Pictures.? This is a locally owned business that has been serving Pierce & Thurston Counties since 1996.
James has been a photographer since 1986 and has won several awards for his work. Meng is a local girl, born and raised in Tacoma and an Alumni of UW.
